Session Information

All sessions include setup and breakdown time as needed. Pricing reflects creative direction, shooting time, and post-production. Final images are delivered via online gallery.

Event & Location Policies

To ensure smooth production:

  • Please confirm locations prior to the shoot

  • Travel time, traffic, and accessibility will affect coverage

  • Permits or location permissions may be required depending on the site

  • Locations should be selected with time efficiency in mind

Client Preparedness

Photo Sessions

  • Arrive on time and ready for your first look

  • Bring all outfits, accessories, and styling options

  • Iron/prepare clothing beforehand

  • Communicate inspiration or references in advance

Video Sessions

  • Provide references, goals, and creative direction

  • Ensure all talent/participants are prepared and on time

  • Share music, branding, or script ideas early (if applicable)

Booking Policies

Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings

  • Remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot

Rescheduling

  • Must be requested at least 48–72 hours in advance

  • One reschedule allowed per booking (based on availability)

Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur additional fees

Late Arrivals

  • 15-minute grace period

  • Time lost due to lateness will be deducted from session time

Turnaround Time

  • Photo: 5–14 business days depending on scope

  • Video: 7–21 business days depending on complexity

Rush delivery available for an additional fee.

Delivery

  • All final deliverables are provided via online gallery or download link

  • All RAW files are included

  • Final selection and editing are at the discretion of OG STUDIOS LLC
